Mitroflow is a division of Sorin Group Canada, a medical technology company that develops products used to treat cardiovascular diseases. Its home at Glenlyon is the Glendale Centre, a 50,000 ft2 building situated on a 3.5-acre site. The building features an attractive central entrance lobby and excellent views overlooking Riverway Golf Course, a feature pond, and Sussex Creek.

The Hospital Employees Union (HEU) is British Columbia's largest healthcare union, with 40,000 members working in every area of healthcare. The administration offices of HEU are located in a two-storey, 55,000 ft2 building on 3.7 acres at Glenlyon.
