Future Shop

Starting in March 1997 with 90,000 ft2 of fully finished office space, Future Shop has recently expanded upward into an additional 50,000 ft2 of expansion space.
Ballard
A world leader in design, development and manufacture of fuel cells, Ballard Power Systems was the first company at Glenyon in 1996. With corporate headquarters located in a 110,000 ft2 facility and additional research and development headquarters in the building next door, the company now occupies over 230,000 ft2 of space at Glenlyon.
Telus
The second largest telecommunications company in Canada and an industry leader, Telus is internationally recognized for many corporate, environmental and community initiatives. At Glenlyon, Telus is located in a contemporary, 60,000 ft2 building with a soaring glass atrium-style entrance.
Mitroflow
Mitroflow is a division of Sorin Group Canada, a medical technology company that develops products used to treat cardiovascular diseases. Its home at Glenlyon is the Glendale Centre, a 50,000 ft2 building situated on a 3.5-acre site. The building features an attractive central entrance lobby and excellent views overlooking Riverway Golf Course, a feature pond, and Sussex Creek.
Inex
Founded in 1992, Inex Pharmaceuticals Corporation develops drugs and drug delivery systems to treat cancer. It relocated into a 50,000 ft2 office and laboratory facility at Glenlyon, which they share with Response Biomedical.
H.U.E.
The Hospital Employees Union (HEU) is British Columbia's largest healthcare union, with 40,000 members working in every area of healthcare. The administration offices of HEU are located in a two-storey, 55,000 ft2 building on 3.7 acres at Glenlyon.
