Leasing opportunities
Currently, Glenlyon Business Park has one building available for lease, 4300 Fraser Way. Designed to accommodate tenants who require at least 5,000 to 10,000 ft2 of space, 4300 Fraser Way is scheduled for completion at the end of May 2008.
Other leasing opportunities are planned for future phases at Glenlyon.
4300 North Fraser Way
4300 North Fraser Way is a 40,000 ft2, two-storey, Class A office building at the southeast corner of North Fraser Way and North Fraser Crescent. This multi-tenant design has a floor plate of 20,000 ft2 with a central entrance lobby. The rezoning and development permit phase has begun, and construction is expected to commence in the spring of 2007.
Asking rates are $23.50 per ft2 and includes free parking based on a ratio of three stalls per 1,000 ft2.
