Location
Glenlyon Business Park is strategically located in the western portion of the Big Bend area of South Burnaby. The Municipality of Burnaby is directly east of the City of Vancouver between Burrard Inlet and the north arm of the Fraser River. The Municipality has become the geographical centre of the expanding Greater Vancouver Regional District (GVRD).
Access
With its proximity to the city of Vancouver and the Vancouver International Airport, all roads lead to Glenlyon, making it an ideal locale for your business. The main entrance to Glenlyon Business Park is at the intersection of Marine Way, a major east/west highway connecting South Burnaby to all points in the lower mainland, and Glenlyon Parkway.
Alternate access to Glenlyon is via Boundary Road and Byrne Road which lead to North Fraser Way and the entire Big Bend area. North Fraser Way is the major secondary route through the area, and joins Boundary Road with Marine Way.
Byrne Road recently underwent a major upgrade and now has four lanes connecting with Marine Way. This upgrade improves access to the City of New Westminster and greatly enhances the already good transportation network in South Burnaby.
Public transportation
It’s also easy to get to Glenlyon using BC Transit. The Route 116 bus runs directly through Glenlyon continuously from 5:30am to 10pm from the Edmonds SkyTrain station to the Metrotown SkyTrain Station and back.
